  • Responsible for the good service / solution deliver to our client, provide the fast speed and high quality report to our client;
  • Supervise and direct all Client Service / Testing / Engineer departments to follow up the policy and strategic planning of company;
  • Institute the annual managerial plan, budget and expenditure scheme of the department;
  • Responsible for managerial work of planning on human resources, training and development of personnel in the department and maintain the relevant records;
  • Ensure the department to operate in a normal, safe and high efficient way, handle as promptly as possible the inferior work mode and behavior, and responsible the corrective, preventive actions taken and follow-up;
  • Deal with the customer complaint and formulate and follow up according improving scheme and corrective measures;
  • Responsible for appraisal of the ability, technique, and attitude of the staffs and according adjustment personnel;
  • Perform any duties assigned by General Manager. 




  • University degree (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field plus generally ten years directly related experience, including generally five years of relevant management/leadership experience;
  • Solid experience as lead or participant in cross-functional or global projects, or worked in multiple functions or regions;
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage employee performance through development of performance expectations and goals, managing employee relations issues, identifying and addressing training needs, planning and executing against required staffing levels and assisting in operational planning;
  • Ability to effectively manage employees and other team leads in a technical area; to work in and understand diverse cultural environments;
  • Demonstrates customer collaboration, project management and business acumen skills;
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Putonghua.
