  • 職責/职责

    1. Be the customers’ primary contact on project and related activities, and assist to provide full project management and follow-up services to customers.
    2. Daily communication with customers on project status for the in-charge program.
    3. Handle daily applications for clients
    4. Coordination and monitoring on all developmental projects.
    5. Assist to review test criteria given by customer and study the feasibility of standard operation procedures. Assist to formulate Quality Assurance program for customer.
    6. Assist to review projects with technical staff. Assist to resolve technical problems with customers and internal staff.
    7. Work with agency, vendors and internal staffs to ensure all tests and documentation meet customer expectation with on-time delivery.
    8. In-depth review and preparation for customer samples and documents such as weekly test status summary, proof set / mass production sample review and documentation. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineer in all key milestones to enhance customer product quality fulfillment.
    9. Check, review test records and reports.
    10. Accomplish the assignment given by manager or top management.
