    We are looking for a high caliber Business Development Manager who can manage and coordinate on an industry basis with UL’s larger customers over all related industries for the whole Greater China region. He/she can position works on strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals.   He/she should be able to respond effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues and to assist industry leadership in the development of industry account strategies, goals and plans with a focus on driving a foundation for industry growth for UL.  The position needs to identify and develop relationships with key customers and demand drivers including regulators and government officials; as well as to focus on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.

    • Manages and coordinates with UL’s customers for the services offering UL provided;
    • Develop and launches new / innovative products and services focused on the Greater China markets;
    • Position works on strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals;
    • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues;
    • Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings;
    • Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans;
    • Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers;
    • May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.

    資歷/资历

    • Degree holder with at least eight years related experience;
    • Demonstrate ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts;
    • Ability to sell “at the highest level” with a compelling value-add strategy approach;
    • Detail understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets;
    • Strong team player who possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills; able to multi-tasks and deliver results under time and resources constraints;
    • Culturally sensitive with excellent communication skills
